Paul is living out his life-long love of residential real estate. Ever since he was eight years old, Paul has been interested in real estate brokerage and development.
A native Washingtonian, Paul has been actively investing in Washington area real estate since 1984, and has been an agent, then an Associate Broker, since 1989. As Principal Broker, Paul regularly lists and sells homes, town houses, condos and coops to a growing and devoted clientele throughout the metropolitan area, and in all price ranges. Paul graduated from Georgetown University with a BA in economics in 1985. As a real estate agent, Paul believes that his greatest ability is combing his experience with his education to act as a complete advisor to a home seller or buyer.
Paul developed Browns Court in 1992, Berrett School lofts in 1998, Carriage Row in 2000, and 1209 O Street, NW in 2002, for which he won the Mayor’s Award for Excellence in Design. Paul formed Central Properties to better serve the real estate consumer as well as the professional agent. As a brokerage, Central Properties’ primary driver is to make a work environment that is second to none so that agents can achieve excellence and enjoy a rewarding career. Paul divides his time between his historic brownstone in Logan Circle, DC, and a home near Annapolis. He maintains investment property in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
