A native Washingtonian, Pierre utilizes his extensive real estate expertise and local market knowledge to guide home buyers and sellers throughout the entire real estate process. He also represents investors and developers through each stage of a successful purchase or sale—from identifying target properties to “deal-appropriate” due diligence, financing, permitting, and renovation or construction consulting. What Pierre loves most about the real estate business is the client relationship. There is nothing he enjoys more than truly getting to know his clients and solving that puzzle of fitting the client with the perfect property. He takes great pride in what he does and feels lucky to have a career that enables him to do what he loves.
Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Pierre was an auditor & CPA with Deloitte and Touche in McLean, Virginia and an accounting manager for Ruesch International in DC. These experiences honed Pierre’s analytical skills and positioned him as a leader for the real estate industry. Pierre is also a 2007 graduate of the CIA (Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, New York). Pierre has many passions, but few rival his love of food & wine. This passion was fostered at his family’s restaurant in Adams Morgan (La Fourchette). You may even find him helping out in the restaurant’s kitchen on occasion! Pierre lives with his beautiful wife Anna and daughter Zurie in Chevy Chase, DC with their Bichon mix, Bodhi. True to his Washington roots, Pierre is a graduate of the Catholic University of America, and proud alumnus of Gonzaga College High School (class of ’89) and Holy Trinity School, in Georgetown.
