When agents at Central Properties expressed a desire for more tools to market their upper bracket listings, we listened. And soon after, Luxury Edition was born.
Luxury edition provides agents with unique branding and marketing tools to position high-end homes, including syndication on luxury real estate sites such as the Luxe List. The understated luxury edition yard sign (pictured below) complements the clean Central Properties branding and includes the words “luxury edition” in French, Spanish, and English.
At Central Properties agents are actively engaged in shaping the company to make sure it’s a better brokerage to grow their business. We believe that building a better brokerage is a moving target; that’s why we listen, and then we act.
