New Year, New Real Estate Contract In Virginia

The previous regional sales contract which can be used in DC and Maryland no longer applies to Virginia. For 2015 Real Estate transactions in Virginia now require a new contract. Agents at Central Properties were briefed by Sara Rodriguez, Title Attorney from Ekko Title, on some of the changes ushered in by the new Virginia contract and recent legislative changes to comply with regulations by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
