Daryl Gayhardt comes to Central Properties from a successful career as a new homes sales and marketing manager for national home builders with projects in Washington DC, Maryland and Delaware. As a new homes specialist, he established himself early on selling communities in Washington’s nearby Maryland suburbs, southern Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Daryl attended Towson State University, concentrating on business development and management. Sales beckoned, and he jumped right in. Since 2001, he has assisted several regional and national builders in establishing marketing programs, hiring staff, and developing and implementing sales strategies for a number of successful subdivisions and developments.

Daryl’s unique talents and drive gives Central Properties an edge in new home sales and project management. He manages the team’s expanding corporate-owned division, as well as helping his growing clientele with their residential real estate needs.
