David Garcia is a licensed realtor in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. David has worked in many different areas within residential and commercial real estate, ranging from investments, development and property management.

Prior to Central, David worked as a healthcare consultant, providing strategic advisory services to healthcare providers focusing on health information technology. 

David received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
