Katrina comes to Central Properties with layers of experience in the DC real estate sphere. She relocated to Washington, DC from Long Island, New York to attend Howard University in 1996 [B.B.A. Business Management]. Since arriving in the District, Katrina has marveled at the ever bubbling real estate market here, and in 2001 she purchased her first property in the city. With a passion for everything dealing with homes and real estate, Katrina has been staging and decorating condos, homes and offices for more than seven years.

Katrina enjoys working with investors, first time buyers, those expanding to a dream home or even downsizing.
