Matt is a licensed real estate agent working with buyers and sellers in Washington, D.C and Maryland. He has been involved in the real estate industry for over five years, and is familiar with the ins and outs of each neighborhood in the District.

Matt also works with investors and renovates homes, and has an extensive knowledge of how to market a partnership and obtain construction financing. Prior to joining Central Properties, Matt worked in the Capital Markets group at Walker & Dunlop and helped source debt for all property types. Matt's experience renovating homes and working for investors has equipped him to be exceptionally capable in identifying value and marketing both condominiums and townhomes in both the Washington, D.C. and Maryland area.

Matt represented an investor in acquiring this single family home in the Bloomingdale neighborhood.

437 Ridge Street

Matt represented a local Real Estate Investor to win a competitive bid on single family court ordered sale, three blocks from Mt. Vernon Convention Center. In addition to heading the acquisition, Matt is also directing the design, permitting and construction bidding process.

1425 Rhode Island – The Willison

Matt represented a local buyer in acquiring a unit in the Willison, one of the largest condos on the market at the time at 1,747 square feet. Originally marketed at over a million dollars, Matt succeeded at negotiating a substantial decrease in price and closing the transaction in 2 weeks.

122 V Street NE

Matt represented a couple that was looking for a house with a garage that would incur significant short-term appreciation. Matt succeeded in negotiating a substantial price decrease and shortly after the couple moved in the adjacent similar property was sold for $100,000 more than 122 V Street.

4002 Illinois Ave

Matt represented a local Real Estate Investor to identify an off-market transaction in Petworth, South of Grant Circle. Matt assisted in the construction and design process and represented the Developer in the sale, which at the time set a record PSF price in Petworth.
