Sam Sheibani comes to Central Properties with a long history in management consulting, residential property development and insurance.

Sam attended the University of Florida, Warrington College of Business, concentrating on business development and management. Sales beckoned, and he jumped right in. Since 1998, he has assisted several regional and national companies in turning around their under-performing business, establishing marketing programs, hiring staff and developing and implementing sales strategies.

Sam's background and drive give Central Properties an edge in home sales and project management. His love for real estate called him to pursue his passion alongside his other endeavors. Sam believes in listening, understanding what you want and finding what you have asked for in the most efficient and fun way possible.
