Brian Townes, a Virginia native, moved to Washington in 1996 and has lived in every quadrant of the city and currently resides in LeDroit Park in NW DC. Brian has experience as a real estate developer and investor with multiple properties and wants to continue on that path and share his knowledge of the market to buyers and sellers. Brian also has extensive knowledge in mortgage options. Brian is licensed in DC and VA and has been with Central Properties since 2010. In his spare time, Brian is active in his local community and neighborhood commission to enhance resident’s quality of life.
