Lee also renovates homes in DC, so he is equipped to consult with buyers and sellers on renovation ideas. Prior to joining Central Properties, Lee conducted real estate market studies along with pricing analysis to aid developers in pricing and marketing of new condominium and townhome developments. Lee’s experience and extensive understanding of the market helps him to guide clients through the complexities of buying and selling real estate in the Washington DC area.
Lee’s interest in real estate was sparked when he volunteered with the downtown revitalization efforts in his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky. Lee obtained a double major in business and urban studies at the University of Richmond in Virginia, followed by a masters degree in real estate development from Georgetown University in 2011. An active member of the Urban Land Institute, an association of real estate developers, Lee serves on the Institute’s Young Leaders Group Community Service Committee.
