Tarrence Moorer comes to Central Properties from a successful Alexandria Real Estate Team. Prior to starting his career in Real Estate, Tarrence’s professional experiences include working with the City of Alexandria’s, Transportation and Environmental Services, as well as business development and management of a Multi Physician Specialty Practice. Most recently, he served as Management Analyst insuring Alexandria’s public right-of-way disability parking program. Tarrence is an Eagle Scout and member of Boy Scouts of America.

Tarrence attended Shenandoah University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Political Science while later obtaining a second B.S. in Criminal Justice. Concentrating on Strategic Management he is pursuing and in route to complete his Master of Science in Organizational Leadership by December 2015. Since 2012, he has assisted several lawyers, executives, and c-level buyers as an Expert Property Advisor.
Tarrence has established himself in the Washington DC Metro area and the nearby counties of Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, and Prince George. A native of the DC Metro area and having lived his whole life in Northern Virginia and Maryland, he excels at building rapport with his clients and helping them negotiate the best deals on the home of their dreams as a licensed agent in DC, MD, and VA.
