Central Properties was pleased to host a training for real estate professionals on June 27th 2013 on the topic of work with landlords and compliance with DC’s housing laws. Presenter Jon Windle, Esq., an experienced attorney in Landlord & Tenant Court, explained that it is important to set up a thorough and fair tenant screening process before securing tenants for a property.
