Amanda Prendergast

Hailing from the Midwest, Amanda moved to Washington, DC after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Marquette University in 2010.   Since moving to the District, Amanda has held titles such as PR Specialist, Operations Manager, and Communications Specialist for a number of local DC businesses.  With a background in marketing and brand recognition within the service industry, Amanda is looking forward to switching gears to the world of real estate.  As Director of Communications, she will play an integral role in building and implementing a new innovative Central Properties marketing campaign. With special interest in design, fashion, and architecture, Amanda will bring a unique perspective to Central Properties and offer a fresh approach to marketing.
