As I was transitioning in my career and looking to buy a home at the same time, I was working under a lot of pressure to find the right home, in the right neighborhood, within my budget, with ALL of the fancy upgrades to fit my tastes. Ericka went above and beyond scheduling properties to visit, meeting with multiple members of my “team”, being available at any time, as well as talking me off the ledge in dealing with my lender.
